If you’ve already explored Bangkok and have time to spare before heading north to Chiang Mai or south to the islands, a visit to the old capital of Ayutthaya is highly recommended. While you can get to Ayutthaya from Bangkok by public transport, it’s much more comfortable to go by private vehicle.

Your guide will meet you at your hotel and escort you to Ayutthaya (about 90 minutes north of Bangkok) by private car. You’ll visit all of the important sights in the old capital, including the Bang-Pa-In Summer Palace, Temples in Historical Park and archeological sights on the island of Ayutthaya then we continue head to the pier and board a small “longtail” boat around the island of Ayutthaya. At the conclusion of the tour, you will be taking back, dropped at your hotel in Bangkok.
